Health Care Professionals

The Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service have enabled our ICT systems to allow Health Care Professionals to access our online bookings.

This allows health professionals the ability to book patients ready following their hospital appointments and start a new booking request for patient transport.

From December 2022 there will no longer be the facility for Health Care Professionals to make outpatients bookings via the NET Call Centre on the 0300 number. ALL outpatients’ bookings will need to be made online or via the Hospital Ambulance Liaison Desks.

We have developed this guidance sheet to help and the NEPTS Skill Set Overview and the Patient Mobility Categories and Descriptions.
