Executive Director of Strategy, Planning and Performance

Rachel Marsh became the Executive Director of Strategy, Planning and Performance in October 2019, having first joined the Trust as Interim Director of Performance and Planning in December 2018.

Rachel has worked within the NHS in Wales for 27 years, mostly within the South Central region. Her most recent experience includes roles within Cwm Taf University Health Board as Assistant Director of Innovation and Service Transformation and Assistant Director of Planning (Capital and Estates).
