Director of Partnerships and Engagement

Estelle joined the Welsh Ambulance Service in the autumn of 2014, initially as an Associate Director of Transformation, before being appointed as Director of Partnerships and Engagement in late 2015.

A skilled and experienced public affairs and government relations specialist, Estelle is experienced in working with Boards to navigate complexity and organisational reputation while maintaining integrity, confidence and credibility. With past careers as a journalist, university lecturer and in high profile public relations roles, Estelle brings diversity of experience and perspective to the Board.

An advocate of the power of relationships, Estelle has a broad professional network and enjoys creating strategic opportunities for dialogue and engagement.

In her spare time, she is a pianist, writer and gardener.
