Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair

Ceri Jackson has held a number of senior leadership roles in the third sector. She was Director of RNIB Cymru and held national roles with RNIB, including Director and Head of Community.

She was Interim Director of Strategy and Transformation at Tŷ Hafan and in recent years, has undertaken reviews and evaluations of governance, strategy and service delivery for a range of third sector organisations.

Ceri joined the Trust as a Non-Executive Director on 1 April 2021, was appointed Interim Vice Chair in December 2023 and became substantive Vice Chair on 1 July 2024.

She has served on a number of advisory boards across Wales, helping to shape policy and practice in health, social care and housing. Her third sector governance experience includes serving for six years as a Trustee of the Stroke Association and as Chair and Trustee of Cardiff Institute for the Blind, now Sight Life.

Based in Cardiff, Ceri brings extensive experience in governance, organisational development, equality, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement, with a strong commitment to improving outcomes for people and communities across Wales.
