Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair

Ceri has held a number of senior roles in the charity sector. She was the Interim Director of Strategy and Transformation at Ty Hafan until last year, and has previously worked as both the Director and Head of Community at the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).

Ceri was appointed Non-Executive Director for the Trust on 1 April 2021 initially on a 12 month interim basis and then substantively appointed on 1 April 2022.  Ceri became interim Vice Chair for the Trust in December 2023 and appointed substantive Vice Chair from 1 July 2024.

She has been a member of several Boards in Wales in order to help review policy and practice across a range of areas, including health, social care and housing. Ceri, who lives in Cardiff, is also a Non-Executive Director for the Stroke Association and Sight Life.
