We will soon be seeking entrants from the 2025 cohort of Graduate Paramedics to join our NQP programme, where you will be supported in your transition to autonomous clinical practitioner and progression into the role of Qualified Paramedic (band 6).

Whilst we'll teach you to respond on blue lights, you will already be preparing for the transition from Student Paramedic to NQP, be in the process of completing your Degree in Paramedic Science and be in the process of achieving your HCPC registration. Without question, you will have a real passion for patient care, together with excellent communication and people skills. You will be a committed team player and relish the opportunities to take decisive action in a rewarding and challenging career where no two days are the same.
