Carolyn Lewis Carolyn is a crucial part of WAST's Wellbeing Service and a fantastic listener. She goes above and beyond in her role looking after our staff but also looking after our own team. I have been with the Trust for almost a year and Carolyn's help and support during that time has made such a difference to my wellbeing. Carolyn is incredibly compassionate and is someone you know you can trust. You feel safe and at ease with her - you know you are genuinely being listened to and that your feelings and struggles are valid.
Rosmary Wilmotte Rose works tirelessly to provide the best service she possibly can. Her patience is incredible and she's the calm in a storm. Rose is one of those many people who work under the radar and are often missed on receiving gratitude but continue to provide an excellent service. She's one of the many who deserve to be recognised for her hard. Well done, Rose, you certainly inspire me.

Sarah Morrison Sarah is a Senior Clinician at NHS 111 Wales, where she treats every single person with respect, dignity and really listens and empathises to individual needs. Sarah is constantly boosting morale in the Clinical Contact Centre with her generous coffee and ice lolly rounds, and she has this natural ability to see and feel when someone isn't doing so good. No matter her grade, Sarah always makes time to talk to staff of all bands, advise them and generally makes us all feel better and happier. She really is a super woman, works hard and works even harder appreciating and involving her team and making us all smile. Every workplace needs a Sarah M.
Beth Williams Beth is a breath of fresh air to our team here in Central and West. Alongside her role as CSD Nurse, Beth is a Trade Union Representative and gives up a lot of her spare time (she has none really) to support those in WAST that need her guidance. Beth's sense of humour and glass half-full personality really boosts morale in our clinical contact centre, and we really couldn’t be without her. Being a full time mami to two beautiful little girls and having a really stressful year, Beth still gives 100% to her patients, friends and colleagues and truly deserves the recognition for this.
Jane Wellington-Rees During a difficult time in my life, Jane has been a great support to me. She is always there when you need support, no matter what the issue is. She is attentive to all staff and gives guidance when needed. She is an asset to NHS 111 Wales and is a great team leader.
Gareth Bromhall I would like to nominate Gareth as I feel he is a great asset to the service and is such a caring person. No matter what kind of day Gareth has, or how busy the service may be, he makes time for everyone. He is supportive to all his colleagues and happy to listen to any concerns people may have. He is always around to assist new staff within the NHS 111 Wales call centre and makes a point of overall just uplifting everyone's day and complementing all.
