THE Welsh Ambulance Service will host its bi-monthly Board meeting next week.
The Trust’s Executive and Non-Executive Directors will gather at Newport’s International Convention Centre (ICC) on Thursday 24 March, whilst the public can join via Zoom.
Chair Martin Woodford said: “As we learn to live with Covid-19, next week’s meeting at the ICC is an exciting opportunity for the Board to meet in person to discuss our future plans and reflect on the recent past.
“We will be discussing and aiming to approve our three-year Integrated Medium Term Plan and the associated budget for year one (2022/23), as well as our ambitions for the future.
“Giving the public an opportunity to join us live online and pose questions is a great way for people to hear directly how we are working to address the challenges across the system.”
Click here to register a place at the meeting, which starts at 09.30am.
You can pre-submit a question for the Board by emailing AMB_AskUs@wales.nhs.uk, and members will endeavour to answer these during the course of proceedings.
British Sign Language translators will be present on Zoom to script the meeting for those with hearing difficulties.
A full agenda will be available on the Trust’s website soon.
